The Hospital Authority Convention 11 - 13 May 2026

With an aim to promote the sharing of knowledge and experience in clinical advances and approaches to modern healthcare service, and to facilitate exploration and discussion of contemporary concepts among local, Mainland and overseas healthcare professionals, academics, executives and stakeholders, the scientific programme of the Hospital Authority Convention 2026 (HAC 2026) will focus on the core values of the Hospital Authority (HA), viz. "People-centred Care", "Professional Service", "Committed Staff" and "Teamwork", with topics on healthcare development and sustainability, chronic disease management, cancer treatment, palliative care and advance directives.

While the Plenary Sessions will focus on the HA's core values, the Symposiums, Parallel Sessions and Special Sessions will include topics on application of artificial intelligence and robotics in healthcare, personalised medicine, medical training, advance care planning, medical-social collaboration and preparedness for major events. There will also be Masterclasses on various clinical topics, such as gastrointestinal diseases, cancer therapy and services, cataract surgery, toxicology services, etc.

The HAC 2026 will take place in hybrid format (i.e. onsite and online), creating an unprecedented platform for learning and cross-specialty knowledge exchange. Featuring a wide-ranging programme and attracting high-caliber participants, the Convention 2026 will offer a uniquely rewarding experience for participating healthcare professionals, managers and decision makers.
